Steps to submit an Architectural Review request.
1) Complete the appropriate ARC Approval Form provided below.
2) Include plans, specs, materials, etc. as indicated on the form.
3) Submit the request to GlenwoodReserveARC@gmail.com and originals as appropriate.
4) The ARC will review the request, confirm a complete submission and provide a confirmation of receipt.
5) The 14 day review period starts from the date of the ARC Confirmation of receipt.
6) The ARC strives to provide a written approval/disapproval within 5 days but has up to 14 days from the confirmation of receipt.
The goal of the ARC is to be fair, reasonable and as consistent as possible in all decisions.
